What are my delivery options? 

For now, we only ship through SingPost Registered Mail. Shipping cost is $4. You may expect your package to arrive in 2 to 4 working days.

How do I track my order? 

You will receive a tracking code via e-mail once your order has been shipped.

Do I have to be there when my order is delivered? 

You don’t have to be around to receive your package, but please ensure that an authorized person is at your delivery address to receive it if you don't have a mailbox.

Can my orders be delivered to an office address? 

Yes, your order can be delivered to an office address! Please input your office address when asked about your shipping information while you’re placing your order on the website.
